Is this benefit relevant to me if I am already advertising with Google AdWords?
The coupon will be usable by new advertisers or advertisers owning an account that is younger than 14 days.
Simply put- if you already have an AdWords account, or already used a coupon, you will not be entitled for another one.
Do I have to invest more money after the value of the coupon exhaust?
No, you do not have to invest more money after the value is exhausted.
If you are unwilling to pay more than what's been granted by the coupon, you will have to postpone your campaign after exhausting the gift budget.
